Terms of Service

These Terms of Service and Software License Terms (the "Terms") apply to the VTRL website, account system, downloads, and software (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, downloading VTRL, subscribing to VTRL Premium, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. 1. Account and Eligibility You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. If you use Discord or Google sign-in, you authorize us to receive the account information needed to create and maintain your VTRL account. You may use VTRL only if you are legally able to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, you may use VTRL only with involvement of a parent or guardian. 2. License VTRL grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the software for personal, non-commercial use while your account has a valid entitlement. Free access is limited to the free features we make available. VTRL Premium access is available while your subscription is active, including the remaining paid period after cancellation of renewal. Lifetime Premium access, where previously granted, remains valid for the operational life of the Service unless terminated under these Terms. 3. Device Limits and HWID Premium access may be limited to a reasonable number of devices and may use hardware identifiers (HWIDs) to enforce that limit. You may request an HWID reset from your account. We may approve, deny, or rate-limit HWID reset requests to prevent abuse. 4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Regional Pricing VTRL Premium is billed annually unless cancelled before the next renewal date. Prices, currency, taxes, and available payment methods are shown during checkout before payment. We use Stripe to process payments. Stripe may present localized currencies through Adaptive Pricing or similar functionality based on customer location, supported payment methods, exchange rates, and Stripe's payment flow. If localized currency conversion is offered, the displayed local currency amount may include Stripe's conversion spread or fee and may differ from the base price shown on our marketing pages. By starting a subscription, you authorize Stripe and VTRL to charge your selected payment method for the initial subscription period and future renewals until you cancel. You can cancel renewal from your account billing page. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund the current paid period. Premium access continues until the end of the current paid period unless your access is terminated for breach of these Terms. 5. Refunds and Failed Payments Except where required by applicable law, payments already made are non-refundable and partial-period credits are not provided. If a payment fails, is disputed, refunded, reversed, or identified as fraudulent, we may suspend or remove Premium access. Chargebacks or payment disputes may require account review before access is restored. 6. Restrictions You must not copy, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, distribute commercially, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, bypass licensing checks, share accounts, abuse referral codes, interfere with the Service, or use VTRL in a way that violates law or third-party rights. You must not remove proprietary notices or attempt to access systems or data that you are not authorized to access. 7. Software Behavior and Risk VTRL is provided as a PC performance and optimization tool. System behavior varies by device, operating system, drivers, games, and user configuration. We do not guarantee a particular FPS increase, benchmark result, compatibility outcome, or uninterrupted availability. You are responsible for maintaining backups and deciding whether a change is appropriate for your device. 8. Intellectual Property VTRL, the website, software, branding, content, and related intellectual property are owned by VTRL or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. 9. Service Changes and Availability We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service, including features, pricing, payment methods, eligibility rules, and download availability. Changes will not reduce an already-paid Premium period except where necessary for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or breach of these Terms. 10. Termination We may suspend or terminate accounts or entitlements if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the Service or other users, abused billing or referral systems, or used the Service unlawfully. After termination, you must stop using Premium-only features and delete unauthorized copies. 11. Disclaimers The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, VTRL disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free performance. 12. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, VTRL will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profits, device issues, or performance changes arising from use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for VTRL Premium during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. 13. Privacy Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information, including account data, analytics data, payment-related records, and webhook events used to maintain Premium access. 14. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, except where consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise. 15.
